Reservations
Once you have placed an order, Bounce About, Ltd. will reserve the product(s) you requested and schedule the necessary dates for delivery, set up and take down of your desired inflatable(s) and/or tent(s).

Pricing
When Bounce About, Ltd. receives the necessary information (see REQUIRED INFO to the left), we will be able to provide you with a quote for our services. Prices quoted will include delivery and set up of your inflatable(s) and/or tent(s), take down of same, and all applicable sales tax.  No deposit is required. The entire quoted price will be due immediately upon delivery.  We accept Mastercard and Visa.

Cancellations
To cancel your order, Bounce About, Ltd. requires that you call us at least one week ahead of time. Please do not attempt to cancel via email.  If you decide to cancel your order once the driver has arrived to your site or is already on the way, you will be required to pay a $30 delivery charge.

Rain
If it is raining on the day of your event, we will not deliver your inflatable.  We will call you in the morning and cancel your order or reschedule if necessary.  If there is a slight chance of rain, we will call you the morning of the event before the driver leaves the warehouse.  You can decide to keep the order or cancel it.  If you give us the go ahead, we will deliver the inflatable and set it up, but there will be NO REFUNDS.  We do not deliver on rainy days for everyone’s safety. Wet inflatables are slippery and can become unsafe in some conditions. Also, once a unit is wet, it is very hard and time consuming to clean and dry.
